In this rarefied reimagining of New Zealand’s most precious natural export, McGregor crafted a vessel worthy of the honey’s provenance — the remote Riminui landscape from which only 1,000 jars are harvested each year. The design celebrates purity and restraint through a bespoke fluted glass form: thick, weighty, and optically rich. The vertical ribs catch light like flowing nectar, while the transition from deep texture to smooth polish on the gold-finished cap evokes the refinement of liquid gold solidified in form. Every detail is choreographed for precision — from the locking mechanism that ensures the hexagonal profile aligns perfectly when sealed, to the subtle interplay between matte translucence and reflective sheen. The secondary carton, created in collaboration with INHOUSE Design, continues this language of modern opulence: dark navy, minimal typography, and gold embossing framing the emblem of Mānuka Health. Together, these elements transform Single Origin into an heirloom object — a synthesis of nature’s rarity and human craftsmanship, expressing the quiet luxury of the world’s most exclusive honey.
