During his tenure as Senior Furniture Designer at Habitat UK, McGregor explored modern craft through material honesty and sculptural restraint. The Futura Coffee Table embodies this philosophy — a study in bent-ply construction balanced atop a pair of precision-formed tubular steel legs. The hinged top lifts to reveal hidden storage, while the open-ended form offers space for books, magazines, or personal objects. Merging function with refined geometry, McGregor’s design reinterprets mid-century sensibilities through a contemporary lens — warm, minimal, and quietly sophisticated.
