Designed for Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s Elizabeth & James label, McGregor’s Nirvana collection distills the brand’s minimalist sophistication into an architectural object of quiet luxury. Each bottle is a monolithic form—precise, modern, and tactile—defined by an intricate knurled surface that recalls fine jewelry detailing and industrial refinement. A razor-thin gold band bisects the structure, creating a moment of tension between shadow and light, while the inset nameplates—engraved and flush with the surface—offer a whisper of branding rather than declaration. Produced in opaque black and white, as well as a curated palette of translucent hues, the six-fragrance series achieves a harmony of form and materiality. The design’s purity and restraint echo the Olsen twins’ design ethos: timeless, textural, and effortlessly composed.
